Accept an offer from a licensed UK university and meet its conditions, then receive your CAS. If your course needs an ATAS certificate, get it before you apply. Hold your unpaid first-year fees plus living costs for 28 days in a row, take a TB test at an approved clinic, then apply online on GOV.UK, no earlier than 6 months before your course starts. What we do for you
A UK file is won or lost on small details: a date on a bank statement, a fee on a CAS, a code on an offer letter. We take each one in order, so the visa application is the easy part at the end.
We look at your marks, any study gap and your budget, then shortlist courses for the September or January intake. If you are aiming for autumn, our UK September 2027 intake timeline shows when each step should happen.
GOV.UK sets English at CEFR B2 for degree level study and B1 below it, and many universities assess this themselves. We check what your university will accept and, if you need a score, plan IELTS coaching or PTE coaching around your offer deadlines.
Your CAS carries the fees, the deposit you have paid and your personal details. We match each one to your passport and receipts, because a wrong figure changes the money you must show, and a CAS used in an earlier application cannot be used again.
We work out the exact sum, decide which account will hold it, and count the 28 days and the 31 day window with you. For parents' accounts we prepare the consent letter and proof of relationship; for loans we check the sanction letter wording.
India is on the GOV.UK list for TB testing, so most students need a certificate from an approved clinic. For some science and engineering masters, an ATAS certificate must come before the visa, and it takes at least 30 working days.
We prepare the GOV.UK application with you, plan the biometrics appointment, and run practice sessions in case you are called for a credibility interview about your course, your funds and your plans.
Your file
GOV.UK lists a short core of documents, plus extras that depend on your course and circumstances. These are the ones most Gujarat students need, and why each one matters to the caseworker.

| Parent's consent letter and birth certificate | Needed when the money sits in a parent's or legal guardian's account, to prove the relationship and permission to use it. |

| TB test certificate | Required for applicants who have lived in India for 6 months or more and are coming for 6 months or more. |

| Written consent from both parents | If you are under 18, GOV.UK asks for consent to the application, your living arrangements and your travel, plus a birth certificate. |

Four rules shape most UK plans. Each is from GOV.UK or the Immigration Rules at the time of writing.

At the time of writing, GOV.UK asks for your unpaid first-year course fees plus living costs of £1,529 a month for courses in London or £1,171 a month outside London, for up to 9 months. The money must be held for 28 days in a row, and that period must end within 31 days of the date you apply. Our guide to the UK student visa 28 day rule has a worked example. Yes. Funds can be in your own name or a parent's or legal guardian's name. With a parent's account you also give proof of the relationship, such as your birth certificate, and a letter from the parent consenting to the money being used for your studies. Money held by an uncle, grandparent or sibling does not count.
GOV.UK says the earliest you can apply from outside the UK is 6 months before your course starts. In practice you apply once your CAS has arrived and your funds have completed their 28 days. Decisions from outside the UK usually come within 3 weeks.

Under Appendix Student, a full-time student at degree level or above with a university that has a track record of compliance can work up to 20 hours a week during term time, and full time outside term time. Below degree level the limit is 10 hours a week in term. Treat work as a top-up, not as a way to meet the funds rule.
No. Only UK Visas and Immigration decides a visa, and anyone promising a result is a warning sign.
