Quick answer
Everything between your first question and your visa decision. At our office in The Solaris, Surat Dumas Road, Piplod, opposite Big Bazaar, we start with a free session that matches your marks and budget to courses abroad. Then we plan IELTS or PTE, submit applications, help you put the funds and sponsor documents together, and file your student visa. Students from Vesu, Adajan and the rest of the city call +91 75749 99949 to book.
Start to finish
A visa file is only as strong as the decisions made months before it: which course, which intake, which test. We make those decisions with you and then carry them through, so whoever files your visa already knows your story.
We weigh your academics, any gap years, your career plan and your family's budget, then build a shortlist across several countries rather than pushing a single destination.
We tell you the score each shortlisted course asks for and pick a test date with time to spare. Prepare in our IELTS coaching in Surat or PTE batches in Surat.
Forms, transcripts, recommendation letters and your statement of purpose are reviewed before they go out, because a small mismatch in a date or a name can cause trouble later at the visa stage.
Many Surat families run their own businesses. When a sponsor's income comes from a business, the officer needs to see its source, so we help arrange tax returns, account statements and loan papers into one clear picture. Compare options in our guide to an education loan for study abroad.
We complete the application with you, walk you through biometrics and, for the USA, run mock interviews on your course choice, your funding and what you plan to do afterwards.
Housing, forex, insurance, packing and the first week of paperwork abroad, all covered before you leave Surat.

Before you pay anyone
Picking a consultant is a big decision for your family, sometimes a bigger one than picking the university. Ask every consultancy you visit, ours included, to pass these five checks.
A useful first meeting is mostly questions about you. If the first thing you hear is a list of universities, ask how that list was chosen.
Embassies decide visas, consultants do not. Be wary of anyone promising a result or pushing you to pay on the spot, and keep our checklist for spotting a fake agent handy.
Every service, its price and the refund policy should be on paper before any money changes hands.
When coaching, applications and visa work run separately, someone always ends up waiting on someone else. Ask who owns the whole timeline.
Search for the branch you will actually visit on Google Maps and read its newest reviews, not only the highlights a brand chooses to show.
Plan your year
If you are aiming for September next year, the work starts this year. Ten to twelve months leaves room for a test retake, for comparing offers and for arranging funds calmly. January and spring intakes suit students who need a little more time.
| Destination | Main intakes | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| UK | September (main), January | UK September 2027 timeline |
| Canada | September (Fall), January (Winter), May (Summer, fewer courses) | Canada intakes compared |
| USA | August to September (Fall), January (Spring) | Best USA intake |
| Australia | February and July | Australia intake roadmap |
| New Zealand | February and July | |
| Germany | October (winter semester), April (summer semester) | |
| France | September, with some January starts | |
| Dubai | September and January, with more dates at some universities | |
| Ireland | September, with some January starts |

Yes. Applicants living in Surat fall under the German Consulate General in Mumbai. We plan the APS certificate, the blocked account and health insurance, then complete the Consular Services Portal application with you. Because APS has to be finished before the visa, start it as early as you can.
Usually, yes, if it is well documented. Officers want to see that a sponsor's income can support the amount and that the money was not borrowed just for the application. Income tax returns, business bank statements and proof of relationship all help. Who may sponsor you differs by country: New Zealand, for example, accepts only immediate family for applicants in India.
None is better for everyone. The UK asks for funds held for 28 days and a CAS from your university; Germany needs an APS certificate and a blocked account; Canada needs a provincial attestation letter for most applications. The right choice depends on your course, budget and plans after study, which is exactly what the free first session is for.
Yes. We run IELTS coaching in Surat and PTE coaching in Surat as part of the same plan as your applications, so your test date is set by your deadlines and your target score by the courses on your shortlist.
The first session with us is free. After that, fees depend on the services you choose, from admissions help alone to coaching and full visa filing. Compare written quotes from every consultancy you visit and check what is refundable if your plans change. Our explainer on student visa consultant fees shows what a fair quote includes.
